Just a 30-minute drive from Dijon or Beaune, you can enjoy the gentle pace of life in the countryside, a host of outdoor activities and wine and food tourism.

Situated next to a 13th-century stone church, the house is a former farmhouse that was renovated in the 1950s. It has two floors and opens onto a large enclosed garden with trees.

You enter into a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room and sitting area. A reading/music room extends from the lounge.

To the left of the entrance hall, a hallway with a shower room and separate toilet leads to the first floor, where you will find :

With garden view: 1 bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobes, 1 children's bedroom with 2 single beds.
With village views: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
There is also a separate toilet and shower room.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge + upstairs freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery.

The garden has a large table on the terrace and a barbecue area. There is garden furniture under the trees. At the bottom of the garden, a swing and a table tennis table. A bike shed is available.

The weekly price includes ready-made beds, towels per person, household linen, tablecloths and towels for the indoor and outdoor tables.
