Family home located in the centre of a charming village "Sainte-Sabine", peaceful offering a relaxing stay for all the family or between friends.
Free on-site parking with the option of parking in an enclosed barn and a large terrace at the back of the house with enclosed grounds.
5 minutes from the village of Châteauneuf, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France.

On the ground floor, you will find a hallway leading to a living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2).
A separate, fully-equipped kitchen. A separate toilet with washing machine.
From the kitchen, you can access the terrace at the back of the house.
A garden table and chairs are available (from May to September only), so you can enjoy your meals in the open air.
At the end of this terrace is access to the fully enclosed garden.
Deckchairs etc. are available.

Upstairs, a small hallway leads to 3 bedrooms (2 double beds (140cm) and 1 double bed (160cm)), all with wardrobes or chest of drawers.
Bathroom and separate toilet.

On your arrival, all beds will be made up and towels and kitchen towels provided.

Free parking is available opposite the house, but you can also park your car in an enclosed barn 2 steps from the house.
